TGCA wishes to acknowledge the most valuable contribution by the Texas A&M University Corps of Cadets Sanders Center and the Metzger Collection, under the leadership of Ms. Lisa Kalmus.  It was this display that was the catalyst for the whole idea leading to A Gathering of Patersons.

In recognition of this and past support for TGCA, The Sanders Corps of Cadets Center has been made an Honorary Member of the Texas Gun Collectors Association.

1. Model 1839 Carbine, Serial Number 448, 24½” barrel, .56 caliber, round back cylinder, improved loading lever. 
   
2. Model 1839 Shotgun, Serial Number 5, 31¾” barrel, .75 caliber. 
   
3. No. 4 Improved Pocket (4th Model Ehlers), Serial Number 102, .28 caliber, with loading tools.  
  
5. No. 3 Belt Model, Serial Number 1, 4½” barrel, .31 caliber, square back cylinder, flared barrel lug.
  
6. No. 3 Belt Model, Serial Number 13, 5½” barrel, .31 caliber, square back cylinder, flared barrel lug.

4. No.3 Belt Model, Serial Number 540, 5½” barrel, .31 caliber, round back cylinder, straight barrel lug, banded and cased with all accessories.
  
7. No. 5 Holster Model, Serial Number 356, 7½” barrel, .36 caliber, round back cylinder, German silver banded, engraved with ivory grips.
   
8. No. 5 Holster Model, Serial Number 601, 4½” barrel, .36 caliber, round back cylinder, German silver banded, engraved with inscription: “Gen. Briscoe”.
    
9. No. 5 Holster Model, Serial Number 587, 9” barrel, .36 caliber, round back cylinder, factory loading lever.
